All companies share solutions and opportunities and the result is a better product. Our production engineers are always searching for ways to increase strength and durability while reducing the number of parts and pieces in a boat. These processes allow for a stronger and longer-lasting product while passing on additional savings to the buyer.

Sales and service are paramount to our success as a major marine manufacturer. Our dealer network is second to none. These independent dealers are highly trained and have invested significantly in their own facilities and personnel. Many of them carry multiple lines from our group. These dealers have been selected for their commitment to the industry and to the consumers they serve.

Customer feedback and information can come in many forms. We listen to them all, but the most important is the surveys we receive from our owners. Our sophisticated CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) system tracks the ownership experience from the initial dealer contact through the first full year of enjoyment. These extensive surveys allow us to identify potential problems and correct them immediately on the production floor. It also allows us to single out a well-received feature or option to include in other models. This information is crucial in determining the types of boats we build as well as the extent of the equipment we include. This is our report card and we are always striving for perfection.

All these processes create value for you. We build to or exceed the same standards as boats costing much, much more. Our products are certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association, are CE certified by the Community of Europe, and we have also received Marine Industry Certification.
